SpamAssassin (in combination with LogReports Lire)
The ISP I work for has offered
a new service to its clients, spam-tagging. Not spam-filtering,
just tagging. Of course they're using SpamAssassing for it.
Logfile format
The SpamAssassin logfile is very easy:

The first line is the message-id, the user and the size. The second
line is the result (clean message or identified spam), the score,
the duration and the received messagesize.
